Executive Board

Hailey Mydock

Hailey (she/her) is a senior from Livonia, MI studying Industrial & Operations Engineering with minors in International Minor for Engineers and Music. If she were a candle scent, she would be Eucalyptus Mint. In addition to Women’s Glee, Hailey is a member of Phi Sigma Rho, Engineering Global Leadership, and serves as the VP Finance for the Michigan Panhellenic Association. She is a diehard Red Wings fan and claims that this is their year. Her favorite Glee memories are concert days, as they are such a special and rewarding experience!

The President presides over general Glee Club business and Executive Board Meetings, is a member on all committees, ensures that officers are performing their duties, works with the Music Director, plans retreat, provides a handbook to each member, and acts as the official representative of the Women’s Glee Club.

Breah Marie Willy

Breah (she/her) is a senior from Metro Detroit studying Public Policy with a minor in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences. If she were a candle scent, she would be Campfire. She loves making music with her Glesties and is passionate about building community through song. Outside of rehearsal, she advocates for positive change with the Michigan Institute for Progressive Policy, enjoys spending time with friends and family, and never turns down a good card or board game. After graduation, she plans to use her Public Policy and Quantitative Analysis skills to advance housing justice in Michigan.

The Vice President assumes duties and delegations of the President when they are unable to complete them, knows and enacts the constitution when necessary, compiles a list of changes to the constitution, and creates operational committees as needed. Furthermore, the Vice President oversees all programs and correspondence involving alumni and friends’ relations.

Grace Mischel

Grace (she/her) is a senior from Elk Rapids, MI studying Biology, Health, & Society with double minors in Business Administration and Music. If she were a candle scent, she would be Sandalwood. Upon graduation, Grace intends to pursue a master’s degree and work in healthcare. This is Grace’s fourth year in Glee, and she is so excited to serve as the club’s secretary for the 2025-26 school year! Some of Grace’s favorite glee memories include the club’s tour of Ireland in the spring of 2024, and singing the National Anthem at the University of Michigan versus UCLA gymnastics meet. Outside of Glee, Grace loved to play volleyball, cheer on the Michigan football team, and spend time with friends and family (bonus points if it’s on a pontoon boat).

The Secretary takes attendance at all mandatory functions, records minutes at Executive Board Meetings, collects attendance from committee meetings, updates email groups, and posts attendance and meetings to our course Canvas page.

Marisa Martinez

Marisa (she/her) is a senior from Chicago, IL studying Biomedical Engineering with an International Engineering minor. If she were a candle scent, she would be Eucalyptus Mint. She is very excited to serve as Finance Manager this year! This is her fourth year on the club, and she absolutely loves every aspect of this organization, from all the friends she makes, connections in her major, fun social events to attend, and representing the best university in the world at our many singing opportunities. Some of her hobbies include running, hiking, and traveling abroad. Fun fact: Marisa is a dual citizen!

The finance manager renews and balances all financial accounts of the Glee Club, collects and distributes funds, including Glee Club dues, prepares a budget for the Executive Board, and organizes the Grant-Writing Committee.

Audrey Hammer

Audrey (she/her) is a senior from Rockford, IL studying Chemical Engineering with a minor in Dance. If she were a candle scent, she would be Cedar Lavender. Her favorite Glee memory is the 2024 Ireland Tour by far! Outside of glee, she is on the Chem-E-Car project team. Audrey also likes to listen to music and watch movies. She has a dog, Sonny, who is the love of her life.

The Publicity Manager is responsible for publicity production including fliers and advertisements, appoints and supervises a Publicity Committee, runs WGC social media, and assists in selling Glee Club merchandise.

Julia Abounajm-Housey

Julia (she/her) is a junior from Southfield, Michigan, studying Biomolecular Science and Middle East Studies. If she were a candle scent, she would be Quotable and Notable’s “Bookstore” scent. Julia is incredibly excited to be serving as Concert Manager in her third year with the club. From high-energy sings to uplifting concerts to wonderfully silly social events, Glee has become such an important part of Julia’s life outside of school. Her favorite memory is the 2024 International Tour to Ireland, which was her first experience overseas and where many of her friendships in club grew. At UMich, Julia is part of Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity and Arabesque Dance Troupe, and is on leadership for the Arab Student Association. Julia’s goals after graduation are to apply for MD/PhD graduate programs while taking a gap year. Outside of Glee, she loves reading, rock climbing, working out, baking, and spending quality time with her friends.

The Concert Manager coordinates program production, planning of concert day activities, organizes ticket distribution and sales, organizes and provides new members with dresses, and arranges for recording of the concert.

Abbey House

Abbey (she/her) is a sophomore from Rockford, MI studying Political Science with a minor in Music. If she were a candle scent, she would be Vanilla Chai. Since joining Glee, Abbey has loved making memories with her new friends! In her free time, she enjoys thrifting, spending time at the beach, watching her favorite shows, and exploring Ann Arbor. When she isn’t singing, Abbey is involved in both on and off-campus politics. In the future, she hopes to make an impact in the political scene and spark positive change in her community.

The Student Access and Opportunity Manager is responsible for coordinating outreach and incorporating greater access and opportunity issues into the focus of the club. They act as a liaison between students and Eboard/faculty for any access and opportunity-related issues that may arise.

Ella Roch

Ella (she/her) is a junior from New Buffalo, MI studying Organizational Studies with minors in Spanish and Theatre Design & Production. If she were a candle scent, she would be Apple Cinnamon. Outside of glee she loves hanging out with friends, playing guitar, and being involved in multiple theatre organizations on campus! She is very excited to be this year’s Outreach Manager and strengthen the club’s connection to the university and the Ann Arbor community as a whole!

The Outreach Manager leads all club outreach efforts, organizes non-Hill performances (such as the Pre-Hill Concert and Cabaret) and supports small group sings. They help to strengthen the connections between WGC and our greater community.

Emma Oestmann

Emma (she/her) is a senior from Crete, IL studying Architecture with a minor in PitE. If she were a candle scent, she would be Mahogany Teak. Her favorite Glee memory is the Ireland tour. Outside of Glee, she is the Event Planning Chair for Michigan’s AIAS Chapter (American Institute of Architecture Students). Her hobbies include reading, drawing, crocheting, and thrifting!

The Tour Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating WGC’s annual tours, both domestic and international. For more information on our travels, check out our tour page!

Elizabeth Le Febre

Elizabeth (she/her) is a junior from Holland, MI studying Communication & Media with minors in Political Science & Race and Gender & Nations. If she were a candle scent, she would be Birch Bark & Toasted Marshmallow. Outside of glee, Libby writes for The Michigan Daily’s sports section, covering events such as tennis and volleyball. Libby also works at the University of Michigan bookstore in the Union.

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for handling events and responsibilities related to recruiting new members.
